“Where is everyone?” Did people not watch the last 5 minutes of the movie where thanos took everyone else out?

@@itsteven7 yeah I know- on Titan. Thanos took out Doctor Strange, the guardians, and spider-man. The only one left was Tony and that was bc he’d been largely absent from the fight after getting hit by a moon

Why were people surprised Thanos knew Tony? He would've been keeping tabs on the Avengers after they beat the army he loaned Loki. They were a potential threat.

My theory is purely a back up. Yours makes sense and I like it better
@DavidShort-u7nАй бұрын
I won't be surprised if that line Thanos spoke about being cursed with knowledge has an ulterior meaning to be revealed at a later date. Something like him actually knowing he was going to lose despite acting like his actions were irreversible. I don't really see a point to someone acting like they've won if they're aware of a future loss unless they simply won't be alive to see it and find satisfaction in that. I haven't kept up with the MCU since the Doctor Strange sequel though. Haven't watched any of the shows or other movies.

@DavidShort-u7n almost like strange knowing there one only one instance of them winning, Thanos maybe knew there was only one chance he could lose
@DavidShort-u7nАй бұрын
@@sterlingprince2025 Maybe he did somehow. I bet a variant of Thanos will pop up later.

"All that for a drop of blood" I'm going out on a limb but that sounds like a reference to 300. "At the end of the day I'll show everyone that even a god king can bleed." Sonething like that. And by the end of 300 that's what he accomplished. Also since the fact that Thanos knew Tony was never answered, ima chalk it up to the mind stone. Reality stone. Why wouldn't ke know everything about any random dude in front of him. He has the power to do so in the palm of his hand.
@michae95lompaАй бұрын
It’s a good reference but keep in mind that the whole thing about kings that bleed is a frequent topic in human history (especially during the middle age). If a king can bleed it means he’s human and like the rest of us, he’s not a true god and definitely not invincible. Btw, I think that Thanos knows Tony simply because of the events of the first Avengers movie, but surely it can be because of the stone (even if there isn’t a shot where you can see him actively using it)

How come MCU Thanos doesn't use the Infinity Stones to create and provide enough resources for everybody in the universe?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
@matthewsandoval7757Ай бұрын
He views it as a temporary solution for a problem that must be absolved permanently. Eventually the resources he creates will reduce, and the population will increase from them, causing an even more disproportionate population crisis across the universe. The solution he decides is necessary is the one we are witnessing in the film

You coukd go back to his upbringing where he was treated like crab because he carried the deviant gene. Or that his obsession and true love is death, the actual death who appears sometimes as a skeletal grim reaper or as a woman. Always trying to please her to win her favour. Which deadpool had... The idea that he was simply off course, he didn't want to kill without reason, or he would have won. His only goal was to use the stones in a mercy killing to save what was left. He wasn't actually a bad guy. Just misguided and delusional. In the comics it's a bit more evil.
