Evil Santa is officially called Baylan Skoll and his partner is Shin Hati. Skoll and Hati are the Norse Wolves that chase the Sun and Moon. When they catch them, Ragnarok begins. Considering how much Wolves played a part in the mythology of Rebels, specifically Lothal, I wonder what the presence of these two Dark Force Users will mean.

I was already screaming when I saw Thrawn but the "Heir To The Empire" line made me jump up and go bonkers. That novel trilogy was one of the best books ever from the EU era. If they introduce Mara Jade in Ahsoka, I'm just gonna be crying tears of joy.

The two EU characters I wanted the most to be canonized and put in live action were Thrawn and Mara Jade. Thankfully, we're at least getting Thrawn and they're consulting with Zahn for the show. Hoping they do the Grysk storyline and red herring the audience into thinking Thrawn's the big bad...only for it to be revealled there's a bigger fish and the rebels have to temporarily work with him. Could be done really well if the execute it properly. But I lost it seeing this trailer. I'm really happy they're bringing in Thrawn.

@@rahul-qm9fi Mara Jade is Luke's wife. She initially worked for the Emperor (hence the nickname The Emperor's Hand) because she's a Force user. Eventually, she turned to the Light and married Luke, helping fight with the Rebellion. She helps Luke rebuild the Jedi Order again as well. A lot of fans were disappointed that she wasn't in the sequel trilogy.

I just pulled up the cast list and seing that mads mikkelsen plays thrawn is so amazing. His voice in rebels was the most outstanding thing ever. I am so happy as a mikkelsen brothers fan!

@@5calambres Listen to how Lars voices Thrawn in the Rebels Season 3 trailer. I was utterly stunned. He speaks with the exact same cadence, tone, and pitch that I imagined Thrawn would have when I read the books as a kid. It's both uncanny and astounding at the same time. They really nailed the casting there. He'll be perfect for live action.

Grace used to be current and up to date on her sci fi knowledge but hearing her ask why Ahsoka was an outcast at 20:00 proves she's missed an awful lot. Or just not a Star Wars fan. Ahsoka was accused of bombing the Jedi Temple hangar bay and was expelled from the Order. Anakin proved her innocence since Barriss was the real murderer. The Jedi offered her a place back in the Order as a Jedi Knight but Ahsoka refused.
