Hiro turning Baymax into a combination of the Terminator and Hulk just by removing his healthcare chip and leaving his battle chip in was pretty dark.

⁠@@camerontroutman1605and I don’t blame Hiro one bit. Especially with the fact that Callaghan showed no sign of remorse for what he did and even blamed tadashi for his own death. That’s why it makes me happy that Hiro didn’t forgave him that easily in the bh6 series. It felt pretty realistic because if I was Hiro, I would also find it so hard to forgive someone who not only cause the death of my sibling, but also putting many innocent lives in danger AND tried to kill me and my friends THREE times. Like of course Hiro would still feel resentment against Callaghan. Forgiveness may be important but it takes time. sometimes it can be pretty hard when the pain is still too painful.

He left the one person who I call family for dead with the very thing he invented for the good of all, only to be tarnished by that person alone.

Hiro had every right to want to kill Callahan. I was lowkey cheering for Baymax to kill him. I get that the others were trying to stop him, but like Callahan killed my big brother, he’s gonna die. Hiro was in the right trying to get it back in blood, and idc bout the whole "Tadashi wouldn't want that" mane, I would've BEEN got it back for my brother

And there’s also the fact that Callaghan not only put the lives of hundreds of innocent people in danger, almost destroyed the entire city, but he also tried to kill Hiro and his friends THREE TIMES in the whole movie! And what pisses me off the most is that in the prison scene from the bh6 series, Callaghan still has the damn nerve to say “I never meant to hurt anyone” like WHAT??????

It WAS Tadashi's fault. The point of the movie is do not run into a burning building, reach out when you are in pain, and leave the safety protocols on because humans cannot physically fight machines. (The scene where the young man gives in to rage only to cause a familial fight while their main objective escapes has whatever metaphorical value we can find in it.)

If they had done something else, the next day would not even have been a fight at all. No Krei debris means Hiro and Baymax fly out with Abigail, no issue. Throwing away the card meant an entirely different path for Hiro, he had to earn it back.

No one told Tadashi to run into a burning building. Finding the working micro-bot would not have worked for Tadashi and Hiro,Kabuki nearly killed Hiro and Baymax Hiro did not plan to kill the villain, he did it in an emotional state. You ask a lot of your college engineering buddies to ask them to sit around while you take anyone's life.
