Your annotations are lovely. You can mark up one of my books anytime. I am a recent convert to marginalia, and I can't believe how much it has changed the way I interact with my books. I feel like I am part of the story. Nice vid! Keep it up.

Wow, that candle is stunning! Britt's etsy shop is amazing, I have been ordering her items for a while and I am always blown away by how amazing they look, I'm currently waiting for the bookish stickers :) I love how with the Book Junkie Trials you have teams so it really motivates you to do well, I might have to participate next time it is happening. Aww that's great that you are going to be filming every week, can't wait to watch your other vlogs :)

I’m loving your outfits in this 😍 I can’t wait to catch up with Circe soon, it really does sound magical! I like how your annotations look pretty and add something to the book - I just hear annotations and think grey and boring, yours have changed my mind! I think I’ll have to watch this back after you’ve told us all your hints. There are things I *think* I can see, but can’t quite work out 😅
@AFrolicThroughFiction5 жыл бұрын
Thank youuu! Ahh my annotations always end up being doodles and stuff aha! I'd be intrigued to see what you think you can see from the hints! I always wonder how obvious we're being ahaha

A Frolic Through Fiction I’m pretty sure (but could be wrong) that there were only a couple of hints in this - one around 16 minutes and one about 8 minutes later? I’ve made a note of them and will have to go back to them when you’ve announced them 👀

I really like your style of annotating! It made me consider annotating my favourite books. Is it possible to film a video where you explain a bit more of how you annotate?
@AFrolicThroughFiction5 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I can certainly try! I'll have to think about how I actually do it and kind of narrow it down to a process so I can explain it (since to me it's just writing what comes to mind), but I'll give it a go :)

Would really recommend listening to any podcast episodes with Sarah Maria Griffin. The way she talks about her writing, and the amazing witchy coven of Irish female writers is amazing. I just listened to her You're Booked episode and it was great.
