Day 11 - Thank you Sir for explaining Master Your Emotions book. My takeaway from this book are how survival mechanism affect your emotions. Control your emotions utilise it in right direction. It helps to tackle the situation. Lack of sleep leads to negative emotions so sleep well. Use your thoughts and body posture to work on emotions. Practice meditation, yoga, breathing exercise healthy diet. Work on short term and long term goals helpful to aware of thoughts. Embrace the truth and let go pain. Keep doing activities to avoid negative emotions. Practice journaling, gratitude, affirmations, visualization to work on ownself to achieve the success.
