Hubby did a great job on the design. Freida’s books get you good and just when you think you know the plot you don’t. Self care is so important.

I love that your reading journal is simple without the bells and whistles (not that there's anything wrong with bells & whistles) because I struggle with starting and sticking to anything that isn't perfect and like what others are sharing. You hit close to home with grieving from having a child on the autism spectrum. My youngest son is on the spectrum and I've been walking around "faking" this grand happy family with this cloud/shadow/something looming over me. I complete get it! Self-care and therapy are absolutely necessary

I absolutely love your videos because of your overall personality and your genuine reactions you capture as you’re reading. I always feel like I’m on FaceTime with a friend talking about books and I love that. You mentioned that you use audiobooks quite often and I just wanted to share something that I just learned. If you have a Spotify premium account they now offer audiobooks to stream!

Randomly stumbled on this video; and I just had to stop & say I feel you on the grief! My son was diagnosed last month with autism and sensory processing disorder, and I didn’t realize it would come with feelings of grief for his dad & I but it definitely did. Books are my lovely mental escape ❤️ appreciate your brief openness on that subject, not sure I’m even there yet myself

Thanks for sharing! I know it’s not always easy to talk about. It’s a very difficult thing to process and navigate. My daughter was diagnosed two years ago, so I expected the grieving stage to be over by now….I guess it just comes and goes as you’re on the journey. Books are my escape as well! They’re so fun, therapeutic and healing. 🩷 So glad you came across my channel. Hope you decide to stick around. 🤗
