One time in HS I had to do an adaption of a story with a modern twist and I was really struggling with writers block, it was one in the morning and for some ungodly reason i decided to use "who do you think gave you the heart?" as my basis for the adaption. i still have the story and i fucking got a %70, my teacher said "this story makes zero sense but ill give you points for creativity" 💀 it still haunts me every night
