I feel like it’s better to have a smaller, more personal space than a big bustling impersonal one. I do feel like we should live in the moment rather than speeding through to the next. Dead Romantics also got me into the Romance genre and I loved how there was almost no spice at all (the typical low-key spice which is perfectly fine for me but anything above that is simply too much and too distracting 😅) So your suggestions will definitely be my cup of tea. And you may have a smaller channel but that is what makes your content so intimate and cozy, the whole bookish nook here is so chill and calm. I just love that. First Frost is such a wonderful book! Sarah Addison Allen is my favorite author, absolutely the best. I would maybe recommend reading Garden Spells first because it gives your the origin stories of Claire and Sydney, the sisters who are two of the main characters in First Frost. Either way, you definitely won't regret reading any of SAA's stuff. Her books have the most perfect romantic, cozy, magical vibes of all time.

First Frost is the sequel to Garden Spells. Definitely read Garden Spells first. I read it earlier this year and absolutely loved it! It reminded me of Practical Magic a lot. Sequel was good too, didn’t love it as much but still very happy I read it.

I haven't finished watching your video yet, but I wanted to encourage you. I had watched some of your content, but I became a subscriber when you started mentioning Jesus in your videos. I really appreciate Christian KZbinrs like you and Krista from BooksandJams, and Keesha from A Book LIke You sharing and recommending books. Your videos are always pretty and enjoyable, but please don't think you have to be like Walmart and have seasonal stuff out before the season arrives. I live in the south and we are still living life in the high 80s and leaves are still very much green. Someone else already commented about living in the season and not rushing things and I totally agree with them! I understand recommendations for an upcoming season, but please don't pressure yourself to pretend it's fall when it's not fall yet. I hope some of this made sense as I am quite ready for bed. LOL Make the videos you want, when you want! ♥ We'll be here to watch!
