Huge congratulations Ben. We have been watching your vlogs for quite a while and enjoy them all, the parkrun series, the training videos, the reviews and of course, the race days. I got quite excited when I saw your bib had your name on it, “I think he has an elite start,” I said to my wife which you confirmed moments later. You had no need to feel imposter syndrome, although of course it was natural to feel that and just goes to show how grounded you are, you have earned this through your blood sweat and tears. Oh my, that moment after the race when you are just soaking it all in, I could feel it through my TV screen - 68 minutes - oh boy. Thank you for taking us on this journey with you, I cannot wait to see what comes next. Feeling very inspired.

A really fantastic achievement Ben. So pleased you achieved your goal of doing a sub 70 minute half Marathon. No reason why you can't take a few more minutes off a half Marathon in time. 68.04 now makes you an elite. Was pleased to see that you wore a set of those Bib clips I sent you. Better than shoving pins through ones vest.
