I love Mrs Dalloway, but to be honest, I read it once in my early 20s and really didn't like it: her writing style was overwhelming and I could not relate with any of the characters. I read it again in my thirties and things changed completely, I liked it a lot! Life experience of course helped the appreciation, so I suggest you to give it another chance later in life. I read it again recently, to be precise I listened to the audiobook, and I fell in love with it! And that imo is the perfect form for the stream of consciousness movement.

Ciara, I love your channel. I love how much thought and effort you put into your videos, and how long you make them! I get so excited to curl up on my couch and hang out with you. What's funny is, when I first started watching you, I thought you looked SO much like Rory Gilmore, but the more I watch your channel, and "get to know you", the less you look like someone else, and the more you look like Ciara! Hopefully that makes sense haha! Lots of love from coastal North Carolina, United States!

Another fabulous vlog! Haha loved the death glare you gave banksy when he interrupted you with his sneezing. Ugh I wish there was a Gilmore girls experience in the UK. How awesome would it be to arrange a meet up there?! Grab a coffee and a danish, read some books and wander through stars hollow😩 yes yes yes team Jess all the way. When he was the bad boy and when he had grown and matured and was a good influence too. Not gonna lie, when you said you were going for a hair cut I thought you were gonna pull a Rory and get a Bob. Also I think it’s so cute how you and Jay consistently train together! Ngl Rory probably isn’t my favourite character in the show😬 dont hate me but I guess her having flaws is just what makes the show all that more realistic? Okay now I’m gonna go and watch some of my favourite episodes for the hundredth time. Sending much love. Thanks for a great video :D x

I'm pretty sure I have recorded a recent TV series on Hemingway I've yet to watch, and I did go to see The Kite Runner when it was released.I am a very slow reader because I try to savour the nuances of the writing but also in some instances an author stops you in your tracks and time becomes irrelevant.

I loved this sooo much and didn't want it to end!! I discovered gilmore girls really recently and I'm just coming to the end of season 1 - I was so nervous for spoilers lol. I adored dawsons creek when I was a teen, and they're both set in the same time period - I was the same age as the characters when they came out, so it's huge teen nostalgia for me, the music and everything 😍 I love love love khaled housseini too, the kite runner broke my heart. I really enjoyed Mrs Dalloway. Apparently Hemingway wasn't very nice and was a serial cheater and womaniser!! I have a fiction book called Mrs Hemingway on my tbr.

@@ciarascorner i was honestly not expecting that, i read one of her essays "a room of one's own" and i really liked it, it wasn't disjointed and some points were made, but this was a struggle. In comparison, i read the old man and the sea and even though i didn't absolutely love it at least it had a linear story.

Logan is a perfect Romantic hero, tho perhaps he's not perfect for Rory. You really hit the bull's eye reviewing Kite Runner - very hard book. To do a handstand is not easy. Agree, the long locks still are lovely. Same basic dynamic between Peter, Clarissa, and Richard as Jay, Daisy, and Tom but much different ending. Thx, hope to see you in the next club show.
