Oh yes - you’re right! I read the guernsey literary potato peel pie society a couple of years ago and then watched the movie (I’m a big Lily James fan)! But again, because I hadn’t seen downtown at the time I didn’t make the connection to Isobel!

Hi Ciara! If you are interested in reading another book with Downton Abbey vibes i would recommend `The house at Riverton’ by Kate Morton. In my opinion, it’s not Morton’s best work but it certainly provides that ambience!

I'm from the US and wondering about this Biscoff drink.When you say you scooped some, are you referring to some sort of powder? In the US I only know of the actual cookies/biscuits or the spread. I'm hoping to be able to make some because that sounds delicious!

So biscoff is a caramelised biscuit spread so I used a spoonful of the spread in hot oat milk and stirred till it was melted!

Hahah, I feel I sometimes don’t have enough time😂 so I didn’t really follow a recipe for the cinnamon rolls but the dough was inspired by one I’ve seen on TikTok which was equal parts plain flour and vegan yogurt - I then rolled it out, spread some vegan butter on and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar before rolling! And thank you so much!💕
