People need to understand "people don't care about you" and "people don't care about you as much as you think they do" have 2 completely different meanings, what rhino and rob tried to say is , people don't really care about how you look, what you do, you might think people just look at your picture and just make assumptions or keep thinking about you, it's not like that, people are too busy trying to portray themselves as their best version so no one actually has like a strong opinion on other people's looks, day to day activities etc.
