Reading, PA 1974 - Portrait of a City

A documentary by Gary Adlestein, Jerry Orr, and Corsta Mantis of a city undergoing change in 1974. An excellent piece of history for those who are familiar with the city of Reading, PA. You may have to mute the first 6 minutes or so as the background music is an annoying & piercing sound.
