Love the fact that even on some mean comments you kept your calm and smile like that's something I need to learn I can hold my words but my face, god it just gives away like 😶😑. You could do a tutorial on that😂😂😂😂 And yes I totally understand when you talked about mental health like I have been in pretty bad mental state like I have normal family and okay life but I feel this void eating me up like I cannot pin point on it but it sure does come and go but Idk when was the last time I prayed and didn't ask for happiness and feeling content that's all I need it feels so unexplainable.

Instead of going straight to Nepal on a long haul flight, maybe take a few short airplane rides instead until you reach Nepal! Basically take a 6 hour plane ride , stop for a few days and enjoy the destination your in. Then go back on the plan for 6 hours, stop at a new place and enjoy that area for some time and so on and so forth until in a week/2 weeks, you reach Nepal!
