Honestly the only reason i started watching amphibia… is because i was bored and had no other shows. Do i regret it? NOT AT ALL! Amphibia is one of the greats when it comes to Disney shows. Yeah I’ll laugh more at the jokes from Wonder over yonder but that’s only because i grew up with it

If I say I like Season 1 (and Season 2A and maybe 3A of the 1st show) Amphibia and Owl House because it wasn't edgy or tramua-tastic (I literally forgot how to spell it) but it just something to escape from the harsh world we lived in, would my opinion get a bunch of hates comment from fans?

Oof... I HATE these kinds of comments. They come off as shallow and ignorant. Do I think the show could've better used it's time on certain plot threads over others? Absolutely. But does that make them inconsequential? No. THERE. IS. NO. FILLER. IN. AMPHIBIA.

It's called "buildup" for a reason. Later releases are designed to be the apex of a plot line, not the whole show. The toxic commenters in these examples just don't get it.

Ok, sure amphibia’s season 1 is mostly filler, but honestly in a show _like_ Amphibia, it really fits. They had to have some way to set up the world. Whether it was a good way or not is irrelevant, but there _are_ lore episodes. We learn about the Plantar’s family, we’re left being curious about Sasha, we get hints about what the music box even is, and overall, Anne gets a LOT of character development. By the end of the season, she’s almost completely changed. What I like about the filler is that it eases us into the world, *kinda like Anne had to do with the Plantars* and when we were ready, threw us into the lore. Edit: after watching the “there are no filler episodes” video I agree, yeah, there are none. Each episode is important in its own way.
