That first poems backstory sounds a lot like Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) which is common in us ADHDers!! It’s crazy stuff, I’ve experienced it many times and every time it hits like a bus and then when I’m over it I’m like damn that was so over dramatic

The Cold poem made me think of "Hello, I am under the water, please help me" and honestly, that was beautiful Vent poems and fics are GREAT because you can grow older and look back at yourself and see the terrible way you coped. Extremely infuriated that she didnt go for "I feel like I'm about to DROWN", which would've fit perfectly within the context of being underwater AND it rhymes with the previous line "calm DOWN". It just means ADHD people have a different way of thinking compared to the ordinary individual. Sometimes for better or for worse, but it's that mind that allows us to strive and stand out.

That's why I try to avoid going outside of my house so that I don't overthink on the minor things that affects me so badly which is so normal for others but I waste all my day thinking about it 😢 And I AM SIXTEEN!!!!!! I’ve watched the first one religiously because anytime at work when I felt bad, I just needed to listen to the line “The bushes have evolved” and “So I dumped her and went on to graduate university at an early age with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. It is so crazy that I can relate to every poem that you wrote ( the main idea of each one). I wrote a poem inspired by this video- Happiness is so easily lost, Anger so easily claimed. One moment I am lying in my bed, The other trying to dig a hole in the field. People enter your lives without consent; You must get rid of them all. For you didn’t insist on them being here. Live your life and take other’s is necessary. For your happiness is there to live for and revenge is too. Omg this is so bad I wrote this one a few months ago and I hope I can make up for what I wrote earlier 🌝 If we stopped making shadows, If we stopped giving a piece of us to others, Would we be more ourselves Or nothing at all?
