There are actually 350 reviews for the game, it's just most of the players came from AMD giving away a game key with every GPU and CPU sale. Steam doesn't count the reviews from people who get the game from a key (you can highlight the star on the top right of a review to see if it's a key redeem or purchased) The total reviews are 105 positive to 240 negative, which is very comfortably in the "mostly negative" range, but it's only counting the 57 people who actually bought it on steam.
