You can watch season one of The Discovery of Witches series. They aired it on AMC over here but you can stream it on Shudder or the Sundance channel as well (if you don’t have cable or the AMC app). I know you can do seven days free for both the Shudder and Sundance app. The show is only 8 episodes and really quick to get through.

Season 2 is coming out this January which covers book 2 and season 3 is currently in production. U can watch the show on Sundance now and shudder or u could download the show on a computer/laptop. And obviously the romance is straight drama, but in the very best way! Only 8 episodes, one weekend of binge watching and you're done! A Discovery Of Witches is my favourite book EVER!!!!! Soooooooo glad you loved it!!! Deborah Harkness has a facebook group where she does live chats. The TV show aired on SundanceNOW and Shudder in the US, and Season 2 will also air there a day later than the UK, on I think the 8th/9th January 2021. There are DVDs of season 1. Book 2 is set in history so you’ll love that if you love historical fiction! Season 1 is just Book 1! Season 2 is where book 2 starts, so read Shadow Of Night before that.

A Discovery of Witches is easily one of my favourite books I've read in the last couple of years, I love it. The TV series is also great, in a slightly different way - less of the history and academia that I love in the book, but more action and more focus on secondary characters. Season 1 is an adaptation of book 1 so you won't spoil yourself by watching it. Book 2, Shadow of Night is quite different from the first, I still like it a lot but not AS much as Book 1. Book 3 is my favourite of the series.

Omg I had a Vampire Diaries rewatch earlier this year when I started paying for Prime. To me, the first 3 seasons are just perfection, they took me back to my teens and gave me all the feels. Season 4 and 5 are kinda meh, but watchable. After that, a full blown nonsense, i just kept going 'cause I got spoiled and wanted to know how everything would come to pass. I didn't have an issue with the romance in the first book, but I dnf'd the second because of it. The power dynamic seriously shifts the the guy because they're in a situation that he knows infinitely more than her, and he uses it against her and keeps her in the dark.

Hola! I loved the DW series I listened to the audio books they were pretty good. Time Convert is book "4" in the series its from Marcus point of view . There is also a companion book for the first 3 books which has pictures and info of the places she used in the books. I hope you continue the series soon cause I can't wait for your reaction. Season 1 of the show is book 1 season 2 comes out in January that will be book 2 season 3 is currently being filmed.

Matthew is so old-fashion sometimes, I mean it's pretty obvious since he was born centuries ago but man, what a Cro-Magnon macho can he be sometimes! Very teritorial... Anywho, the show is breathtaking, the scenary and actors are perfect. You can watch season 1 no problem, it only adapted book 1 with a little hint of what happens next if I'm not mistaken. Hope you'll like it as much as the book, so good I swear

I got excite that the All Souls trilogy is a FINISHED SERIES (I don't read unfinished series anymore...looking at you, Martin and Rothfuss) so went to check my library. Just wait until you get to the second and third book of the A Discovery of Witches trilogy...it just gets better and better! Also you should check out S1 of the show because S2 is coming out in January! Also book one is set mainly in Oxford in the UK and the story doesn’t go to Europe until book 2 😜❤️ Ps. You should totally watch the show because S1 is verbatim book 1 so if you haven’t read book 2 you won’t be spoiling anything yet but there isn’t long until S2 comes out.

I think you would really enjoy The Originals. Out of the three tvdu shows I think The Originals is the most well done. I know it’s my personal favorite too. Although TVD is more nostalgic (since I began watching it in middle school and now I’m in college).
