I always love your vlogs, and I really like when you talk about your opinions of books rather than what it's about (Because I can just check Goodreads if I want a summery). Obviously it makes sense to give a quick summary at the start but I think it would be grate if you talked more about what you think of the characters, how your feeling when you're reading it, why the book is is grate etc. :)

I'm finally getting into Brandon Sanderson, planning on reading all of the cosmere universe. Currently reading Elantris and I'm not going to lie finding it kind of hard to get in to, its a bit of a choir.
@SilverstreamPJ286 жыл бұрын
his books are very detailed and can be kind of slow at times for the sake of worldbuilding, but its worth it!!!
@avsambart6 жыл бұрын
Kane Jeffries you should really start with Mistborn. Or Warbreaker. Elantris is more on the slower side and slightly lower quality from Sanderson.
@sydneyellison16556 жыл бұрын
I found Elantris very slow and dense when I first tried to read it and put it down but I eventually picked it back up and ended up really enjoying it... elantris is my least favorite book that I’ve read of his but I think if you stick with it you might end up enjoying it... you could try the Mistborn trilogy or warbreaker if you want something a little more faster paced

Hi Regan, I have been a subscriber of yours for years, and I love your channel. However, could you be a little more transparent in you sponsorships? Could your mention sponsorships in the beginning and/or put a disclaimer in the description? Thanks!
@Amanda-00-6 жыл бұрын
Lily Vowels I very much agree. This is why I've stopped subscribing to this channel. Been trying to watch again off and on, but here we are not 10 minutes in to this video and we are hit with the sponsorship that should be made known at the beginning.
@elizabethfleming35836 жыл бұрын
@@Amanda-00- Why should she have to make it known that there's a sponsorship in the beginning of the video? She literally only talked about it for a couple of minutes and it is something important to her and something very useful for the majority of her subscribers. I was actually really interested in it, because I also share an interest in DSLR photography. Sponsorships also are a way for her to have income with this channel so that she can continue to purchase books to make videos for this channel. She shouldn't have to make a disclaimer because of the few people who are triggered by sponsorships that are only a couple of minutes long.
@Amanda-00-6 жыл бұрын
Elizabeth Fleming because being honest and transparent with your viewers that you are being paid to put up a video and to promote a product is the ethical thing to do. I did not say anything about the service or product being irrelevant to viewers. But I do believe in transparency in the content and it's intent.
@lilyvowels1216 жыл бұрын
Elizabeth Fleming Part of the problem is that she does not give an explicit disclaimer that this video is sponsored. She says “partnership,” which doesn’t mean she was paid. While technically allowed by the FTC, it’s in bad faith to the viewers who might not understand that partnership means sponsored in this video. Additionally, she gave her endorsement before saying it was sponsored. This is typically frowned upon by the FTC and could get her into legal trouble if it is reported and found to be an unclear disclosure of sponsored content.
@tabandvelcro5 жыл бұрын
If you’re defending not being transparent about sponsorships you apparently haven’t watched the fyre festival documentary yet.
