I did read The Ex Hex and I really enjoyed the whole witchy, autumn-y part of it and really loved the characters (didn't enjoy the romance of it much though, sadly because the plot summary had gotten me really excited). I'm so happy to see how much you enjoyed that book! ☺️🍂

I will most likely never read Uzumaki bc I love Naruto too much to read the manga. The reason why is bc Naruto's last name is Uzumaki and reading the synopsis after watching the anime was enough for me to just say no to the manga. Btw if you do eventually watch Naruto, N.E.V.E.R. WATCH BORUTO. I probably just saved all your lives by saying that.

Might I suggest two TV shows for fall? They have that '90s witchy vibes and are Charmed ('90s edition) and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I think I have the first season of Charmed with me and am about to watch it after watching this. I'm also in the middle of Buffy at the moment.

I haven't read The Ex Hex, but it reminds me of Bewitched a bit...have you seen that movie? Also, I started reading Sleepwalking by Meg Wolitzer which follows a girl in college who is part of a three-member "Death Girls" society. Each girl is obsessed with a poet who committed suicide. I'm not far in but very Fall Vibes so far :)

20. You’re gonna end up in hell (“Marco’s POV”) new character. The air gets warmer as I get closer to my fate, which is either hell or heaven. My legs are not mine, my body moves as if controlled by some-one else, tho my conscious is alive and scared. Everything I didn’t do in life or did do, like, throwing eggs at my neighbors house, bullying my little brother. Every mistake I did, coming back, and fearing me, the rest of my conscious either burning for ever, or happy and magical forever. I don’t even realize my nose is brushing the door, and the air is warm, not warm hot and burning, my eyes tear up, and the door opens, the hot thick air slaps me, my eyes burning from the hot lava. The long dessert with people heads sticking out from the sand, crows eating people stuck to the trees. So much pain, suffering in one place called hell. I feel my hands, my legs, and my head. I breath, louder my mortal body feeling pain, before I am even punished. until I notice, large black wings, swinging towards me and their Owner a woman, her hair flying in the thick air, her eyes starring right at me, her black dress has golden beautiful flowers on the side, she lands beside me her eyes dark green and evil looking, but her smile innocent and eye catching. “Hello,” she says. The hot air turns cold, the pain in the air is gone and I just forget I’m in hell. “Hi” I respond. “So I need a new assistant. And I was hoping it was um.” She says, looking down and thinking. “Oh yes, I remember, Mr raven, will you be my new assistant or be my slave. Look, its pretty comfortable ,” she says, then pointing at people stuck in the clouds screaming as lightning hits them, “in the clouds for-ever sounds good to me.” “Is there, a difference between being you’re assistant or slave.” I says, hopping to be cool. “No, I fear not much,” she says with a laugh. “But I promise I will hide my teeth, if you make the right decision.” She says smiling, showing her white teeth. “I shall be you’re assistant” I reply. “And I am honored, to be.” “Well, lets prepare.” She says. Her wings swinging, her feet, hovering over the ground. “Wait!” I say. “What is you’re name, at-least.” She turns, “Lilith Morningstar” she says, her reply scare’s me, her husband the devil, her the mother of demons. She then grabs my shoulders, and flies, my feet dangling as she flies, the air cooler, I look down, and see the heads stuck in the sand, looking at me, all the face’s like ant looking at me, they’re face’s in pain, and Grey. I then look up, and see the giant castle the black color matching the background. We land on the floor, the floor, hot and burning my feet, first I don’t do anything just hiding my pain, when I can’t do that anymore I scream jump and run. Lilith laughs before she dose something, and shoes appear in my feet and the pain disappears and I stop jumping, and is just ashamed. “That was painful.” I say. “Where is the king of hell?” that questions seems to unsettle her. “He’s not here anymore, I took care of him.” She replies with a smirk. “Now go inside and prepare you’re self. To be my assistant.” Dumb story I wrote
