That whole companion series by Abby Jimenez is great. Only books of hers that I’ve read though. Also, is it weird that I’m a guy that likes romance books? 😂❤

Kittie snuggles and great books, what a lovely vlog. That's also a lovely bookmark, just got mine in the mail. Thanks for this vlog Katie. P.s.-there are some Abby Jimenez books on Book Outlet. 🤎✨️

I’m currently binge-reading The Raven Cycle by Maggie Stiefvater and it’s addictinggg. I saw you read the first book, do you plan on continuing the series? P.S. the tassels on the bookmarks was the cutest thing ever im obsessed with them and need to start doing that!! 😍 I love when you craft during your vids, especially crocheting!

I really enjoyed Just for the Summer and also Part of your World. I think if I had to choose though that Yours Truly (the second book in the interconnected series) would be my favourite of the three.

Funny how I read Part of your world because I'd heard good things about Yours truly, and I ended up loving PoYW and not Yours truly. Yours truly has interesting things, but it's much more dramatic, cheesy and spicy. Also this brambly hedge puzzle is so cute!

Wow, I was today years old when I found out that manga is read right to left. 😅 Watching you read Yona, I was like, "WHY DID SHE START AT THE END OF THE BOOK??? WHAT'S HAPPENING?"

If you like slow burn I think you'd like it a winter's promise (but you have to go knowing that fantasy is more important than romance in this series)

If you like books with small towns and curses, you should read "Curses and Other Buried Things" by Caroline George. It is slightly paranormal.

I love that entire Abby Jimenez series but Part of Your World is the best in my opinion- the conflict in PoyW is so legit I honestly felt stuck along with the characters and that so rare!

I loved Sarah Adler's other romance-Mrs. Nash's Ashes. I thought I'd love Happy Medium too, but I didn't like it quite as much as her other book. It was a fun time, but it definitely had some kinks I think could've been worked out. I do recommend Mrs. Nash's Ashes, it made me cry!

just picked up just for the summer! cant wait to read. also A Sign of Affection is such a cute sweet romance manga i’ve been obsessed with! there’s also an anime adaptation if you’re unsure about picking up the manga. definitely my favorite right now!

Yours truly was one of my all time favorite books last year, it was so well written and Jacob and Bri and phenomenal main characters. I started her other series and read the first one, I ended up DNFing it, I didn’t like the premise but I’ve heard great things about the second one and still may read that!

Hi Katie, I'm really enjoying your account and your videos but as a few people requested under your last vlog I think you should talk about what's happening in Palestine. Now I know this isn't what your channel is about but we need everyone to talk about it especially people with an audience as large as yours. Even just a few words in the beginning of your video, wearing a cease-fire pin or "free Palestine" written on the screen would be good I hope you have a very nice day, you content is very soothing and creative I love it

I just got an oldies farm puzzle from the thrift store and this reminded me I need to start it! I’m currently listening to None Of This Is True on audiobook and it’s been a fun one so far, most can’t keep my attention(I like seeing the words on paper) but it’s been really engaging!

I’ve read all of Abby’s books. I can say that the first 3 are good, but not as good as the last 3. Fun fact, the first 3 are connected much like the last 3… AND small references are made to the first 3 books in the last three, kind of like the Easter eggs that you’d find in the marvel universe. I enjoyed all of the books. 📚

I've also been trying to read more romance, but it's difficult because I'm Birom-Ace, and smut does nothing for me. So I prefer to read romance with as little spice as possible. Any recs? Also, I know you read My Roommate is a Vampire; how would you rate the spice level on that one compared to...let's say, Ashley Poston's books? Both of which I loved.

for romance recs i think you’ll love always only you by chloe liese! it’s apart of a series but you don’t need to read it in order (i didn’t)

For romances, I absolutely recommend You, With A View by Jessica Joyce! It's a road trip book that features a kind of rivals to lovers romance but it also explores grief as our main character is dealing with the death of her grandmother who she was really close to! The whole plot of the book is Noelle learning more about her grandmother via taking this trip with her grandmas ex boyfriend! It is so so good!
