Agree. Maturity is not a matter of age It's a level of mental development It's life long continuous learning process through experiences Good and more learner becomes more mature Our people must be such good learners

What a generous and inspiring programme- last but not least your reading and the contents leave me leeway. And that is for sure the programme will definitely make us think we should take some time to nuture our brains by reading as majority of us tend to waste our precious time on screen. yup... it is the very right time to hold the book as the very first step. Thanks a lotvfor your time Ko Zenn.

I'm just as fond of Bonjobi as you are (I never thought it was the best in the world). My interest (taste) is in Sayadaw U Zaw Tika's books, I was raised with mindfulness teachings. The result of self-knowledge is no longer controversial (in your opinion). I appreciate the advice you give to the people of Myanmar. May you too have a sense of contentment. .... with thanks ....

I really like this program. Thank you so much for your discussion and encouragement. I look forward to watching and listening the coming episodes.
Kudos to the entire team that created this short clip! Audience is well targeted and effective delivery. Hope to watch more of this in the near future. Keep it up!
Taste? I was wondering if we have another term for that kind of 'standards'. If we learn and acquire 'taste,' does it imply that we should be more practical than keep it high? People of a particular class feel themselves superior because of their taste... losing empathy and compassion. Myanmar society needs a taste of Myanmar majority and minority as well, not necessarily higher tastes, which might demand 'classism' as you are cautious of. I come from a minority background in Myanmar, and I feel that the middle class are rising up, while the lower class are still struggling for survival. At the end of the day, what we will need is a good life and equal society, rather than people with different lofty tastes. Lofty tastes could create resentment. Your thought is refreshing, indeed. Thanks for your lovely and refreshing thought.

You’re looking at it more from the economical point of view. What you can afford and what you cannot. Like I mention in the essay even if you’re poor you can still have good taste. And that in itself could be a motivation to reach higher. But of course you have to be aware of how ambitious you get.

Thanks for your kind response. I think I look at from moral point of view as well. I would rather subscribe to that school of thought, which teaches to appreciate your own taste rather than setting high our taste, Western or global. I appreciate your openess.
