Really appreciate your sharing about mental health. Depression is really like a black hole like you said. When suffer depression, can't go out very easily. Escalating minutes by minutes until suffer heartache. Whatever, live well while we're alive.

Hello Ko Zenn. Good day. I got to know that it is pretty hard to control our mind as it is possibly full of jealousy, anxiety, unhappiness, uncertainty you name it. After listening to you, I started to determine to practise my mind to get away from the so-called negative thoughts so that I would be able to enjoy each and every moment of my day, not to say my life. The PRESENT is definitely the best moment for me whether it is good or bad. The crucial thing is I have to try to accept my BEING-ME and try to input the positive thoughts grudually as it is not possible to happen overnight. Another thing I appreciate what you said is "DO NOT STAND STILL". I do agree with you from my own experience. For instance, I did yoga the very first time I got pain all over. Without stopping it, I keep moving and moving though I am not good at it. Everything is getting changed physically and mentally. Thanks a lot for your time, Ko Zenn. Have a nice day.

( စိတ်) အကြောင်းရေးပြ၊ ပြောပြဖတ်ပြဒါအလွန်ကောင်းပါတယ်။ ကျေးဇူးပါ။ ခံစားခံယူချက်ချင်းတူတယ်။ မတူဒါမရေးပြမရှယ်မိဒါပါဘဲ။ ဖတ်မိနားထောင်မိသူများလိုအပ်နေသည့်အခါအခြားသူကိုလက်ဆင့်ကမ်းခြင်သည့်အခါ ကယ်တင်ပေးနိုင်ပါသည်။ ဒီကဏ္ဍအလွန်ကောင်းပါသည်။ အမြဲအားပေးအတူတကွရှိနေ။ 👍🏻💪🏻

I'm living with Anxiety disorders, Panic disorders, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Needless to say, Depression is the best friend of those disorders. Doctors gave me anti-depressants but I didn't take them as I know those drugs will take a toll on my liver and hormones. Living with CFS in Myanmar during the coup is the worst thing possible can happen to anyone. Suicidal thoughts used to visit me back in 2017 too. There is no cure for CFS yet. Anyway, I enjoy my life. I have friends and family. Life is a miracle to begin with. 👍 I want to build a community for people with CFS in Myanmar.CFS is one of those things most doctors in Myanmar fail to diagnose.
