Every time I watch the intro, the dialogue will automatically role out of my mouth, "Make sure you watch the video till the end, you may never know which thought or fact may resonate with you and change the cause of your life, so lets get started!!" 🤞

If you have stopped eating after 7pm you have started living a western life. A very healthy habit, I have been following it for last 5-6 years. Again a beautiful and honest video. Keep up the good work Avdhoot.

You actually talked about "law of assumption". I have tried eating before 7 but it made me wakeup hungry at midnight and it was ruining my sleep so I eat well and follow " Intermittent fasting".It worked beautifully for me.I also agree with 5th point.

Thanks for sharing Avdhoot.. complimenting one person a day sounds interesting! I was looking for books on ‘perseverance’ … that has themes of bouncing back from difficult moments like heart break, loss of loved one. Something that could uplift the spirit. Any thoughts?
