Watching your progress is NOTHING Less than AMAZING…Saturday April 1st, 2023 I start my Cargo Van Business. The month of April is just for the paperwork logistics…by the end of the month I want to have; LLC, BANKING, BUSINESS CREDIT CARDS, DOT#. I won’t be buying the truck for another few months. ran over 13k this month. It is not easy to start with a new MC# My dispatcher gets turned down 15-25 times for every load we get but...... After 6 months we would get most and after a year we would have our pick. Nothing worth having is easy to attain. You may enjoy the shorts on my channel.

I should do this to my motorcycle trailer! WOW! I've seen bike trailers with it and never thought about it til now. I've got 6 floor hooks in there, but these rails and the way you did it would be so much better. Much more flexibility in weight distribution. This is what's up, brotha!!!

The moment is unclear, how did you just screw the plywood to the floor of the van through with screws?? From below, moisture from puddles and dirt can penetrate through these places.

Did I ever say that I drilled through the bottom of the van? I used shorter screws merely to reach the bottom and keep the boards in place. It has worked as intended a year later.

What is the maximum weight load can you put in your van

If memory serves me correct, the max suggested is 3,500. But I limit myself to 2,750. I've already handled a 2,500 load.

My question is there is like $1,300 floor option which anti mold and anti slip made specially for fork lift ease from Mercedes’. It’s not etrack. Is that better? Because this is wood. Why people prefer etrack. Why not option from maker if it can afforded to put in new van from dealer? Granted that with that option it will be different way of securing load

I may not be as qualified of an authority on your specific question, if I'm reading it correctly. If there is that kind of an option for Mercedes sprinters, hell, why not get it? Not everyone has a Mercedes sprinter. I'm also not aware of a similar kit offered for Ford and Dodge sprinters. I suppose the wood floor is merely a more affordable method used when installing an e-track system to secure cargo. Bottom line, it's all about functionality. Some have invested less money and resources and are getting the same results. The e-track system -- at least based on what I've been able to research -- is a widely accepted mode for securing loads. There's also an L-track system that produces similar results. It's all about functionality and what you're willing to spend.

@@zoreenagraham6327 on their website when you want to order brand new. It’s an option in end to what kind of flooring do you want to choose. And these is one which is design for easy forklift operation and anti mold etc. But doesn’t give you Etrack securing option. For that, with flooring plan from Mercedes you must choose to secure from hooks 🪝 on side on floor. It secured completely different way. Operators ask for this E track because that’s what known. If you have that, I think it’s better or as good. E track is just widely known. Mercedes’ floor plan is design and install by dealer I think
