Ready or Not Goat Birth | Dairy Goat Literally Just Birthed her Baby While Walking

Watch our Lamancha dairy goat surprise us all by giving birth to her baby goats. One of the most amazing things about homesteading is being able to go to your back yard and just watch a birth. This dairy goat is the quietest goat while giving birth. Last year we totally missed her kidding because she doesn't seem to be in much pain and does not make much noise. This time we caught her birthing and she totally just dropped the baby on the ground while walking. It was a scary birth but very normal and natural. To continue to get raw goat milk we have to make sure the goat are bred and continue to produce milk every year. Most Lamancha dairy goat produce 1 gallon of goat milk daily. For our family of 8, 2 Lamancha and 1 Nigerian Dwarf provides enough milk for our needs.
