The officer mental health system frustrated me at first, but after going for S rank and taking the game slow, i can understand why they drop to crisis after 2 mission completes, or when you die I havent tested it but i feel certain missions (like elephant) will make a bigger negative impact on their mental health but im not sure But if it is true that is a really good attention to detail

Meh, i found it to be a un needed mechanic like having to eat and sleep. They really dropped the ball with this game, Hype was real but the deliverance was shite

@Timodu54 thats both really cool attention to detail but also tedious when beating the game in ironman mode without losing a single officer 😂 since you have to keep redoing 4u less lethal to avoid it, least it was a concern when i finished it

@@jubjubs1000Ready or Not isn’t just a run and gun game, it shows how gruelling this work really is. I personally like it because it puts you in their shoes, and makes you understand the unique challenges that officers have to face. Having to gain experience like being a paramedic by doing missions is what I find stupid, I would call that a baseline and just give the dudes tech trees. Do it experience based, and work from there. That adds a whole lot to the game, let alone therapy and whatnot. Ready or Not is made to put you in the shoes of the officers on scene, not be a robotic killing machine that can plough through mission after mission with no effect on your mental state.

Mental health of first responders is a real issue and while this is an advertisement, the way they portray it genuinely does highlight the problems people go through as a result of crimes like mass shootings, gang action, homicides etc. Yeah its a PR stunt but its a PR stunt I am willing to entertain.

Can we stop releasing cinematics and start releasing updates? The game is horrible optimized and still missing alot of basic features that shouldve been in the game since the start like variable zoom optics, dual ir and visible lasers with combination flashlights. Also where is this suspect ai overhaul or the new audio features? Its been nearly 6 months since launch and the game feels like its dying already.

It's probably just one dude from the team I doubt all the developers sit in the room directing the trailer and smacking the editor for not getting the shots they want. They take their time to do updates but everyone always comes back when they release an update 😊.

They have to do ballistic tests on how each round behaves and effects the environment, then they need to balance how the ai reacts to certain sounds or conditions.
