Prayers to Walker, Carter and Yoon who gave their life to capture this masterpiece

This was one of the more stressful missions. The warehouse is a fucking labyrinth and it feels like there's Locos hiding everywhere

@@iwa_roplus I think they configured the AI so your not getting blasted from inside the customs hold from guys across the map. That was insane during the week of the 1.0 release

I remember playing this map with some randos once. We found the FISA agent and then one of them said "Yeah shoot the fed." Next thing I hear is a full firing squad and *OBJECTIVE FAILED (ARREST FISA AGENT ADAMS)* I love this game.

Zack Bower does a great job. AFAIK, each map has some of their melody similar to each other which also depict their story line connection, which is why Greased Palms has 8:38 similar to Rust Belt's OST. Other examples are 23 MB/S -> Mindjot Data Center -> Brixley talent time -> Valley of the dolls.

This one reminds me of Max Payne 3's OST a bit, especially around 8:38. Gives me chills.

If 23MB/S had Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross vibes, then this one has HEALTH all over it.

Fr this is like Max Payne 3

Agreed. It gives me major Max Payne 3/HEALTH vibes (may James McCaffrey rest in peace). But I also get some subtle Rainbow Six Vegas 2 vibes here too. The music feels dark, grungy, the stakes are high, yet calm and never too intense, as if it's encouraging the player to be slow and methodical, use care around civilians, and check their targets. Honestly I can't explain why, but this entire map combined with the music gave me R6V2 vibes in a way no other level in RoN has, and I loved R6V2 as a kid. So I was glad to feel that faint buzz of warm and fuzzy nostalgia while playing through it.
@The-Real-Yakub Жыл бұрын
@@keithm5378 yeah bro this music and map gave me Vegas 2 vibes as well. I think it's mainly because you're going against a terroristic drug cartel and the level is just so goddamn hectic like a Vegas 2 level

The game's best track accompanying what was easily my favorite mission. Fighting through the loading dock was a fucking blast, I could never tell where the next shot would be coming from. It gave me massive Escape From Tarkov vibes.

Can't do anything about that. The music is dynamic and plays based on situations (killing suspects, losing teammates, arresting civilians). I usually try to capture my best playthrough and I edit each track by cutting the silent parts, but sometimes doing so will ruin the beat, so I'd rather not touch it.
@jvnko126 Жыл бұрын
@@kingwolf3644 But you can just make the silent parts louder in post editing?
@929Finn Жыл бұрын
@@kingwolf3644 one method you could do is just boosting the whole track. also if you use the camera mod, you can pause time and the music will do a natural loop for that specific sequence (like combat or tension)
