Whow, the attic is really hardly living space - sorry. One bedroom, but even the roofs are too low. That said, I really like the ground floor - the whole surrounding veranda gives it some really nice touch. Could need more french doors. But it has a LOT of potential. And enough land to do some small scale farming - i.e. handle your own vegetables. Nice - definitely nice.

Perfect if You have children, then the whole level would be their private kingdom. :) Otherwise, just for storage, wardrobe, library maybe...and spare bedroom for guests. I wonder if there is a possibility to open the roof and create a huge roof terrace, probably not, but a nice idea.
