Excellent video demonstrating the capabilities of the Nama J2. I just purchased this juicer and am super excited to start juicing daily to help with clearing up my skin and overall health. I’m impressed by how great the juicer worked on the coconut. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you 😊 Yes this juicer is by far the most impressive I've ever seen or used. Actually someone just asked me if I could try juicing sugar cane in it 😬 I'm not sure about that one 🤣
@paolaarletty65252 жыл бұрын
@@CuzItsVegan Jajaja, oh wow, sugar cane would be interesting to test, but it’s so hard, it’s probably not worth the probability of ruining the machine, you’re right 🥴.
@CuzItsVegan2 жыл бұрын
🤣 Yeah. I actually watched a video of someone doing it with a centrifugal juicer. I saw their method. So I told the person I'd give it a shot. But I'd have to buy the sugar can that already has the outer part removed, probably cut it into small piece and put it in a blender and then try juicing it.

Girlllll.... I was scared for you & curious at the same time. I said to myself that Nama was going to blow up or just die on contact the moment it realized it was raw coconut meat. I wanted to do this but didn't have the heart to waste the money I spent on this. If the J2 would have choked & exploded on me because I decided to put coconut flesh in this, I would not have taken my loss well. Did you have any issues with your Nama later on or even days after? After all I would like to do this, but my inner self is saying: GIRL YOU ARE CRAZY.....

🤣🤣 My Nama still works like a charm, Thank God! Yeah I was nervous doing it and almost didn't. BUT I am glad I did. Actually recently on Nama's IG page, I saw them share someone juicing coconut in their story 👀 that kinda made me feel like it was ok 🤣 and I have used coconut more since then. Just not all the time.

I will say it did stop once. I got scared 😱 but when I took it apart I saw I'd accidentally left a little brown on a piece of coconut flesh. So that's why I said in the video you wanna make sure you cut it ALL off 🤣 But as soon as I took care of that, it was all good

Well I tried this just now & also put oats in it. It jammed my machine, clogged it, you name it. I cleaned it out now it will not start. My machine is dead. I have to save up & get another one. At the time I bought this I had a special of $75.00 off. I am so upset. This is very expensive. I am furious. Ok I know what happened. I put the soaked oat groats & coconut in at the same time. I also used the water from the coconut. It made it thick causing it to clog or jam. I'm going to check tomorrow to see if the motor cooled down. I hope it will turn back on

Warning ⚠️ I purchased this Nama juicer J2 2 months ago and the strainer inside and another part has been damaged while juicing some of the partials from the strainer came apart into the juice leaving small pieces inside my juicer. I contacted Nama through phone and email left them a voice-mail and I have yet to receive a response back. I was loving this juicer, but now I'm beginning to have second thoughts. I'll be waiting for a response I 'm very disappointed. I had my last juicer for year and years never had a problem I unfortunately gave it away after purchase this one. Some of the parts are very low quality plastic.
@CuzItsVegan2 жыл бұрын
I'm sorry to hear you had such a sucky experience 😔 I do agree to be careful with the plastic parts. I just had my closing piece where the pulp comes out fall off. But when I contacted them via the site, they answered right away. I already got a replacement and fixed it. I'll be sure to keep my eyes on this though. If I see it becomes a problem I'll make a video about it to let people know ✊🏾✊🏾

@@CuzItsVegan Hi, I actually didn't break it, it broke while the juicer was on. I had no idea it made no sound to indicate that the juicer had a problem. I really got scared afterwards when I was getting ready to wash it and noticed the strainer missing pieces I was in shock and had to dig through the juice and pulp to see were these particles went. The strainer could cause a choking hazard and the container used to juice should have an additional strainer on it just in case. Especially, if you are serving this to children, elderly and the disabled. The strainer the part that strains should be made of a stronger material.

Fun fact: I tried it to see what would happen. At first I didn't remove the brown hard layer off the flesh and it jammed. That wasn't fun. That's why I said in the video to make sure you get it off 🤦🏾♀️🤣. But yeah, I don't make a habit of juicing brown coconuts. But you can definitely Italy juice Thai coconut.
