@sparetimerc Thank you friend. I was at my LHS when these first came in and everyone who saw one was picking it up. I went back today and they completely sold out of the first lot and second lot that just came in today was already selling out. Arrma has a gold mine on their hands. If you get a chance, check it out. A lot faster than I thought for brushed. Pretty durable too.

They jump so good, I was smashing snow banks and they’d come off the jump all fucked up and if it had enough hand time it would correct itself and land right, I kept watching to do it and I was blown away, I’ve never had one with air control like them

Ordered one off ebay a couple days ago. Can't wait for it and the brushless combo to get here. It looks fine as is but i prefer crazy, near unmanageable power for my toys. I was shocked how much better this handled compared to the hyper go. It'll be even better with the extra power.

@@ReadySetRC Max10?? You think I'm some kind of girly man? Max 5 with 650kv on 12s! Seriously tho, I ordered the 16BL too. And yes, they're on ebay. No markup either. My lhs pushes Traxxas like crazy and barely stocks anything Arrma besides the 3s lineup so I try my best not go there. First time I went there was to buy a 4s Kraton. They told me I didn't want one, I needed a Maxx. Heard thru the rumor mill that Traxxas really takes sales quotas serious thus the lack of options offered.

@jacobhenson3952 I have two lined up. Not sure which will make the cut. Spektrum 2 in 1 6000kv and the HW 16BL30 combo. I was thinking the Spektrum one because I couldn't wait on the new mount to be released but the first one I bought was the HW.

@@ReadySetRC I was looking at that spektrum 2 and 1 system too. I just could not figure out if the motor was the right size or not.

@@jacobhenson3952 It's smaller, 280 vs 380 stock. Most likely burn up, but it would be fun doing it. I caught it on sale for $69.99.

Can you dial down the speed for kids who are learning? Looks more than rapid enough for adult fun! 😮

@KOL630 You can. There is a throttle limiter switch to set the speed to 50%, 75% or for us 100%😆

@@Dumbedits2 If I had to guess, about 18mph. I was driving on loose dirt so it was hard to get up to full speed in that area. But I will say it feels good at those speeds and if not you could put a cheap brushless kit in but I don't think it needs it out of the box.

Value/performance wise the Chinese hbx/mjx/etc are way better then the grom also a bit bigger.But also have their drawbacks tho.
