It’s also shown really attractive women sometimes don’t get hired even when they’re qualified because the staff don’t want a really attractive person in the office. Well I can't really stand Megan Fox but I thought the character of cool Reagan was a surprisingly good addition to this freaky cast... not till forever but for the time of Deschanel's maternity leave + first post natal episodes, she blended well with the gang.

Megan Fox was a terrible follow-up to Zooey Deschanel. I mean she's super hot, but in terms of her predecessor, it doesn't really work for the show. They would have been better off casting Olivia Munn in the role. She's hot and knows how to be quirky and funny
