I get you so much I got married last year and it gets so lonely and also a support system is what I'm trying to do it is so hard to confined to other people especially friends because they warn us a lot about them, and they also tell us not to talk to our parents. I'm glad that my mom opened that space for me to vent but the problem is she gets so stressed with my stories and now I'm trying to find someone else to confined to someone I would prefer a married person to be specific. ❣❣❣❣

It really is such a journey, I also use to share with my gran but I’m realising it gets heavy for the adults too. And it’s hard to find married friends who are willing to open up and even allow you to be vulnerable. But all I can say is I hope eventually we’ll figure it out 🫶🏻 lol we need to encourage our friends to go down this route so we can poke their heads from time to time 😂

One thing about marriage, you need to set boundaries when it comes to third parties. Never involve anyone else in your business, and after you set those boundaries things become better. Questions like when are you having a baby and personal questions will never come up. I love this segment

I think this is what I’m slowly learning is it’s important for people to know and understand there place in your life, too much familiarity breeds contempt. It’s really such a journey and thank you for the love ❤️ I’m motivated to keep it going.

It’s actually funny because marriage is almost like a new born baby😂, it needs its own nurturing,loving and the likes. It’s definitely a continuous learning process, I’ve learned a lot about myself, my strengths, weaknesses and the likes. 1 thing about marriage is that your support should be your partner and God. The more you involve people the more difficult things will get. People only provide a panado to a situation that needs an operation

I used to feel the same way but sometimes you need immediate help and God doesn’t always answer immediately. I use to think it was about keeping everything to yourself but life gets really hard sometimes and having an outlet to vent sometimes is important.

@@MphoMpshe I guess however 1 thing that I learnt is that sometimes 1 might get too comfortable with support that they end up not dealing with issues in their own and it becomes a teddle tailing situation. There is nothing boring like someone who always picks up the phone and teddle tails. Just an opinion from personal experience. It can get really out of hand

I totally agree, having experienced a partner who was an over sharer, it does get exhausting.
