A man doesn’t have to abstain from sex to keep his sexual energy; he just needs to not “finish”. Sex is actually the obvious number 1 way of building sexual energy. You do have to be careful and take it slow if you take this path rather than complete abstinence. It has all the dangers that abstinence does just amplified. If I hadn’t gone through quitting my long heroin addiction and the self control I had to learn from that experience i don’t think I could do it. It also took years for my body to get used to the amount of energy and I would repeatedly have to start and stop over.
