I had a dream a couple of days ago. I was in what seemed like a wedding in this huge temple. I was dressed in a tuxedo. I saw many people but and kids wearing the same clothing like Red and yellow . It seemed like what Indians wore in Ancient Times . I saw them dancing . I said "Is this a celebration for Krishna?" To one of the girls who was doing all kinds of acrobats and dancing. Sadhguru is definitely not Krishna. Does he ever claim to be Krishna? Sad if so. The idea that everyone is God, means that no one is God - This is nicely explained by Krishna Himself if you read Bhagavad Gita. The spark of a fire is also fire, but does not have the potency of the larger fire and can lose it's brilliance; God is never overcome by illusion, whereas the rest of us are, including Sadhguru. But we all can be reconnected - but not God.
