Still you can bait him to use his reversal with a whiff aerial move. Once you land, he will stilll be on his reversal animation and you will have a short window to punish him

I still think one of the WORST decisions in the KOF timeline was to make that Gesse was still alive. Rock has no reason to exist (at least like we know him) and Mark of the Wolves is irrelevant by default. It's sad.
