The best option available under 12k is r5 5600g. Its will work EXCELLENT with 1660ti. I have a 1650 and I get around 70-80fps for low to medium settings in almost all popular games (not the most recent tho like Hogwarts legacy)

5600x/5700x+ Asus tuf gaming B 550 M plus wifi say upgrade karo. Pechhay mudkar dekhnay ke zarurat nahin hai. DD5 say koe ziada benefit nahin hai. 5800x par tab jayen agar bahut he heavy workload hai.

Depends if u don't do gaming that's alright , otherwise i3 12th should pair with atleast GTX 1650 4gb
