Although a discussion could be held about too much devices and impulses going on while sleeping you could use another device(like a phone) to play nature sounds that go well with the setting of the video. You can place that device somewhere in the room in a way that it creates the illusion of surrounding yourself with nature. Think of birdsounds of birds that sing in the evening, or insects.

Man, you really know what you are doing for those of us who want 'real!' Maybe you can also invent a spray that actually smells like a campfire. The only ones I have found smell like dirty socks!
