Hunting at wallymart used to be one of the most hateful, hurtful experiences in ' Hunting ' i every processed through my robotic hater sensors. Used to hunt at wallymart but after feeling i was being singled out as a ' shoplifter ' when I was, used to leave me seriously depressed. Until I nearly gave up on the Fandom and retired into the nerd batcave. And forsake the hobby Until I learned the ways of the force and became a better shoplifter ❤😂

I live 2 miles from two different Target stores. I frequent each almost daily and seldom find anything other than an empty Starbucks cup that's been sitting on a toy shelf for 3 days.

What's the saddest to me, so much stuff is just opened, stolen, and thrown around. There's food being left out, food stolen from the grocery isle and half eaten and dropped at the toy isle. It's so sad. On top of that all, stuff is just never in stock that is new.

You are 100% on spot. I started collecting in 1977. I stopped Target and Walmart awhile back except for some NECA pieces. Pure luck if I find a figure I may need at a Target so I stopped with the "special trips". I hate the lure of exclusive figures, so that might get me a visit. I always love your videos and thoughts! It's really unfortunate that Hasbro overproduced Lando to such a degree casepacking him X3 a case in a heavily ordered wave. Meanwhile the Phase II Clone trooper was single packed in the final wave of a retiring sku destined to be short printed.

I've been collecting for 30 years. Ever since last year Target and Walmart hasn't been bringing in the new toys. Now they are but I gave up earlier this year so I buy/preorder off hasbroPulse. But this video is interesting due to the cool city you built. I collect Transformers and I am 3D printed and still am my Autobase, Decepticon base and anything else. Lots of STL files out there. It really makes it fun to put your toys in city or something.

Great video!. I hear you regarding the 1% of people shopping at Target. It’s Definitely true. Unfortunately my local comic shop is not much better. Last time I was there it looked like they bought someone’s entire Marvel Legends collection. But I don’t really collect ML. I do occasionally, but not often. And the World building scale Figures were Almost Non- existent. Tons of generic Funko Pops and Not any chases or really desirable ones at that. Bummer dull. But I totally agree with you about supporting custom builders . Nobody wants a boring collection/ World/ station. I am hoping to finally get to attend a Con. Never been able to yet. The marauder gun runner is probably the best place to make your custom figures. Are you do just buy the parts and assemble the figure. They’re really nice guys.

I mean no harm, but isn't the real issue when collectors/resellers buy an entire rack of the same figure on each trip to Target or Walmart? A store can only carry so much of a certain product. Is that the store's fault or the collector community as a whole?

It’s both! The lack of supply and the collectors who clears everything off the pegs. You have to be lucky to find anything decent. Why?

I would put out there also , the store employees taking them before they get on the shelf and resell them or their holding it for a friend. I think the Store employees and the scalpers are too blame. I don't no many collectors that would clear off the whole shelf and not leave some for others (unless your army building) so I guess the point I'm trying to make is if people are hoarding the figures for resell they aren't real collectors and the store should have ways to stop them from taking all the merchandise . Just my opinion no disrespect intended towards you my friend 🙏

My dude you did it again, I really enjoyed this video alot. It's a sad time we live in when you have to buy online or travel to a Convention to actually buy figures. I live in the mountains so the only option I really have is Walmart but as you said I know I'm not gonna be able to buy anything due to no selection. They've had the same Bone crusher wave from Hasbro seen it's been out. I will say I did find an Ewok and was completely dumbfounded, it was the only one so of course I bought it. I was wondering if I could send a custom to you? And if so how would you like to go about it ? I have a video of the figure on my channel if your interested in checking him out, it's a robot with a dogs head and everything works as far as articulation. It's in 6 inch scale so if that doesn't interest you I have some Joytoy figures I'd be willing to donate to SkyBottom of course if you would like all of them I could do that as well. I'm not sure what parts were used to be honest. he does not have a ship yet but an x-wing would be perfect!
