This is what I call real country music, this was taken from Country Family Reunion A Tribute to Ray Price, George Jones use to sing that song "Who's Gonna Fill Their Shoes" well this young guy Mo Pitney is certainly capable of filling them!

I heard MO sing for the first time and he was singing this song and it just really hit home for me so much. I just left a marriage of 46 years that started being hard after about the first year and a half. But ya know i said in church in front of GOD for better or worse. I didn't take those words lightly.Ya always think well tomarrow will be better. But it didn't. So after my last trip to the hospital i took the DOCTORS advice and left.i love real country music and this is a young man who sounds like real good county. I thought josh turner was good and he is but he is already drifting from when he first started. I hope this man keeps sing the way he is now. Its like George Jones said "WHO'S GOING FILL THIER SHOES'" LETS HOPE MO is one of them.

I'm 70, and long ago gave up on hearing the true country sound again from any of the new up-starts. I only recently "discovered" young Mo Pitney. His voice and delivery, as you put it, ability to sing from the heart, blew me away. He has definitely brought back the traditional country sound. Gene Watson, when asked about Mo, said he has the ability to milk every word out of a song. That he does. Be well.
