REAL CRUCIFIXION: San Pedro Cutud Lenten Rites in the Philippines

The San Pedro Cutud Lenten Rites are an annual re-enactment of Christ's Passion and crucifixion held in Barangay San Pedro Cutud, San Fernando, Pampanga of the Philippines. It includes a passion play, culminating in the actual nailing of at least three penitents to wooden crosses atop a makeshift Calvary.

Yeah, I actually asked one of them and they said they can still feel the pain but they are used to it. And you can actually see from the video that they were in pain.
