Yes, this episode was more of a low-production episode regarding both animation as well as stuff adapted. I'm sure this is more for keeping the resources to produce what is coming in this arc. Things are about to go up a notch real fast i tell you !

Hair is the most controllable and shapeable part of the human body, so the similarities in hairstyle would be just as reasonable with being adopted.

Speaking of social influence in work teams, there is this phenomenon called social loafing which tendency increases when working in larger groups and for this reason it's recommended to form teams with a max size of 5-7 members in order to have self-control of their own effort and that of others. And what you were saying about many highly experienced professionals are still not productive or lack ethics or their tittle doesn't match the quality of human beings you would expect they to be (this sounds so bad), that is why the traditional management paradigm has been changed to that of competencies. In this approach, the recruitment and selection of personnel, performance evaluation, succession plans and other Human Talent processes focus on 3 aspects to describe the functions of the role: attitudes (involving motivations, hierarchy of life values, etc.), knowledge and skills. In addition to that, there are also 3 categories of competencies: General (must have each and every one in the company), Specific Technical, and Specific Functional (can be hard or soft skills depending on the job position). In theory, you would only admit people who are happy to work at your company and can perform very well. By comparison, traditional management focuses on experience. So, to clarify the difference, in one you ask if the person has worked in the same job before, and in the other you ask how he has performed and what are his motivations. One responds to the immediate need of the company and the other has a strategic vision.

Yeah. For not being biologically related they look very much a like from eye color, facial features, and hair type. But ultimately it doesn't really matter since we are 3,700 years in the future. Really Chrome and Ruri would be more related in a village as small as 40 people.

8:07 wait... vomiting actually is related to internal ear pressure... ??! I have had some surgeries and now I understand why I had so much Nausea for years. Right let me just stab my ear with a pen to relief the pressure (OBVIOUS SARCASM) But on the good side, I have actually lost my motion sickness, or gotten used to it, since now I have motion sickness for pretty much my everyday life. It's cool knowing that the vomiting is related to the ear tho. Cool fact
