If the Fed raises rates over 4%, national debt blows up due to how costly it will be to service that debt interest. Therefore, the Fed doesn't have that option. They will only threaten to raise rates, but no more than 1%, ever, not while debt to GDP is over 125% like it is now

Remember, there is a lack of supply of houses. When you have a short supply and a big demand for houses, the prices has to go up, even if the rates go up. The mortage rate has to go up to above 5% for the house prices to start falling. It needs to be more diffucult for people to get a loan, and only then will the prices fall. When the buyers cant get credit/loan to buy the house they want, thats when prices go down.
@RandoBox2 жыл бұрын
I agree. The supply/demand is so imbalanced that a rate increase would not significantly impact prices.

No bubble. Scarcity of homes on the market will accelerate as investors continue to offer cash to homeowners. Companies are buying up blocks in planned developments so their employees will have a place to live. Commercial Real Estate is taking a hit but hopefully a lot of those properties can be repurposed offering work space, retail space, and living space.

Our future lords are buying all the land so they can parcel it up among themselves and re-establish a new feudal society. "You will own nothing and be happy." You're on the right track, though there is a bubble, however the crash will be short lived, as all the big corporations like Blackrock will just buy everything they can like Rothschild did. Owning property means you aren't subject to their rules and don't have to pay rent indefinitely, people may even pay you rent. Whoever owns property in this new hellish future will be their own Lord, well Land-Lord, or Laird if you would.

We bought our house new 2 years ago. There’s comps selling in our neighborhood for twice as much in less than a month. That’s insanity! I was actually looking for 10 acres an hour out in the rural farm areas. Land over 2-3 acres are almost up 300% in the same two years. It’s gonna be game over for anyone who’s bought in the past year. Edit. This is in the DFW area, but happening everywhere… again

Could you please clarify your statement of its going to be game over for those who bought in the past year? Are you saying they'll be upside down on their loan once the bubble pops?

@dl77752 жыл бұрын
@@notthatbad8 that’s exactly what I’m saying. We bought a house when I was stationed in Jacksonville, FL. Thanks to the Navy decommissioning the uss kennedy, we had to move. It just so happened that the housing bubble would pop at the same time. We had to pay $20k to get out of our loan. The poor guy that bought our house ended up $40k upside down 2 years later. Our current economy is way worse than it was then. When this 💩 hits the fan, anyone who bought real estate after 2021 is gonna be even worse off than in 2008. I’m talking at least a 40% loss

Don't you think that real estate will crack up higher as people exit equities? Same for silver and gold? Sure a huge correction will touch every part of the economy but don't you think bonds and equities will take a beating first? I think the Fed will remain wishy washy and nothing significant will happen until after the mid-terms. Stocks with a P&E ratio out of whack need a huge haircut and it will come soon. but QE and stimuli will flow and the pendulum will get pulled back farther. Real estate probably has 6 months to a year to rip higher

I have a hard time comparing real estate to the stock market. one is a commodity, and the other is not. I don't see the fed 2% interest increase doing not much to the real estate market. And if it did. It would be months after the percentage increase took place to see it reflect in the market. Real estate has a better track record of price increase then any other investment one can make. This is why you see organizations like black rock buy at higher prices.

Fwiw, i hate predictions…. I respect peoples opinions, especially when they are supported by evidence, as Robs always are. But predictions do nothing but scare people, and most of the time they don’t come true, so they just end up perpetuating negative emotions across big groups of people. I understand they make for good click bait and result in more views. But i personally avoid videos that have click baity titles especially if they make a prediction. I generally agree with the analysis here, but again see no reason to make a prediction. My analysis would be something like: the real estate market is inflated af right now, and it’s due to pop, but it’s been like this for over a year now so who knows how long it will keep going. Markets have not been rational for a long time, so trying to call when the bubble will pop using logic alone is futile. The elite ruling class have complete control over the markets. They will pop the bubble when it best fits their agenda. Until then, trying to predict market movements based on market conditions and logic is a pointless endeavor. This is the reason Robs calls for higher silver prices are pointless too. Logically speaking, yes, as the absolute value of the dollar weakens with inflation, silver SHOULD become more valuable. But it hasn’t. Because the silver price doesn’t depend on market conditions right now, it is completely controlled by the central banks and elite ruling class

I like metals, but I believe in people more and their need for a quality home to grow in. Where realestate investors get in trouble is when these 7% or less return investor guys turn into slumlords and overcharge a family just to pay off their other debts. Its never ending spiral of stupid. If you invest in good faith, in family and community, you never go broke.

< TA is all well and good but I find it truly baffling that all major crypto youtubers just look at pure TA and completely ignore the bigger narrative of why BTC is pumping and why the future outlook might not be as rosy as it seems. It's kinda irresponsible to ignore the fact that each ETF launch so far has caused a major dump at the peaks of BTC. More emphasis should be put into day tradiing as it is less affected by the unpredictable nature of the market. I have made over 11 btc from day tradng with David Mayor, insights and signals in less than 2 weeks, this is one of the best medium to backup your assets incase it goes bearish....
