It’s crazy how greedy people are these days. people just bought the house 2020 now want to make a 400k profit after making zero upgrades lol

A starter home for example in 2020 sold for $125k and they are now valued at $175k that’s an increase of 10% every year in my market. So it stands to reason is a home was valued at $400k would be worth $585k at the same 10% a home worth 1 mil would blow your mind in how much it’s appreciates. 10% of $4000 isn’t much but 10% of $400k is nice
