I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed

Think like special agent - has one SPECIAL task, to list the house. General agent - management in most places referred to a GM or general manager. Property managers GENERALLY manage everything. Hope that helps!! it helped me clear it up
