I think it's time to make it more appealing for potential buyers. Real estate can be quite the rollercoaster! the stress and uncertainty are getting to me. Biggest tip of all, if you’re planning on moving to Florida you better be wealthy and be ready for huge renovations plus new roof. Bonus tip: If you file a claim, your insurer will drop you that day and you’ll have to sue them for the claim so have plenty of money for that.
