I can’t believe I’ve been following you gentlemen for this long because I remember when you recorded an episode explaining when and how you met at a conference. As for tenants breaking the lease, I normally send them a 30 day happy clause where they’re-free to move. Peace of mind is very important even though it sucks to deal with turnovers.

There are some people, like me that inherited properties in 2020. The properties are left vacant because of not wanting to rent to people that will not pay their rent. I just pay the taxes and keep them checked regularly.

Hi Kris. I haved a property in Newark NJ that I have in a friends name. THat friend has arrears child support and tax debt! We want to transfer the property to a land trust. Do you have any attorneys that can handle that for me for a property in NJ?
