Only 7 mins in and Clint has dropped 2 gems which resonate for me. First that property managers will not give you the same priority as their bugger clients. You will really notice this when you are trying to get vacant units turned amd rented out. The next is that big banks like Chase (my experience is with chase as well) will have silly things like Private Client services but will not be helpful with real estate loans. What they will do is have someone call (different person every time) to tell you they are your banker and ... they are often clueless regarding your true needs. OK vent over amd back to the podcast.

I currently have the set-up Clint speaks about with WY as Holding Co. ect. My question now is, since I just bought a Commercial Multifamily, should I put it into an LLC that will be disregarded into my Wyoming taxed as a Partnership as well? 🤔🤔
