Thanks Ashish for being honest, Uncle is a scamster, he has his vested interest specially around expressway, he blocks keywords on his videos/deletes comments, I advise my investor friends to be careful and seek investment opportunities very carefully, exits have become/would become difficult in coming months so be mindful on getting an exit as rates can fluctuate, speculation can only take the rates only to a certain limit and that threshold is way over the mark

You are correct about inventory.But price will not come down , the reason behind this is builders r very clever they are in profits even if they able to sale 25 percent. But yes people like you and me will not able to resale our flats hence it's dead investment. Waste of money.

Bro nobody is talking about mass layoffs and global recession .. Gurgaon mostly serves service class who are dependent on outsourced tech/IT/finance etc work .. talk to any MNC guy and the avg salary hike this year was less than 6% ..and no new hiring as such .. Situation is not just bad but really bad in terms of job market .. Just wait for 2 months ..After US election this bubble will burst
