the questions at the beginning of this video seems very relevant if you are an agent... i guess when doing residential sales through 2 agents, I don't really have opportunities to talk directly to the seller. that and the agent usually doesn't want you talking directly to the seller.

Yes, some questions would be more relevant to agents and some to the actual buyers and sellers. Or if you do a deal directly with the buyer or seller through wholesaling or if you represent yourself as your own agent as I do on all of my deals. It's definitely complicated as there are a lot of possibilities to how everyone is doing their deals.
